These cases are two bills in equity, seeking the supervisory intervention of this court over the Court of Insolvency, and are in the nature of appeals from its decisions. Pub. Sts. e. 157, § 15.
In the first case, the plaintiff seeks that the account of the assignee of the insolvent estate of N.
