This case in its salient features is like Fidelity and Plate Glass Insurance Company against this defendant, reported in 92 N. J. L. 467.

The facts of that case, which gave rise to the questions concerning the alleged negligence of the defendant, are practically the same here, and, therefore, need not be reiterated.
