JUDGE BOORAS. 11 Plaintiff-appellant, Gold Hill Development Company, L.P. (GHDC), appeals (1) the judgment dismissing its claims against defendants-appellees, TSG Ski & Golf, LLC and TSG Asset Holdings, LLC (together referred to as TSG) and the Board of County Commissioners of San Miguel County (SMC), and (2) the order denying 60(b) relief We affirm.
