Appellant, USAA County Mutual Insurance Company (“USAA”), challenges the trial court’s judgment entered, after a jury trial, in favor of appellee, Hayden P. Cook, in Cook’s suit for breach of contract, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, violation of articles 21.21 and 21.55 of the Texas Insurance Code, 1 and attorney’s fees. USAA brings nine issues for our review.
