Cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Fromer, J.H.O.), entered May 20, 1998 in Greene County, upon a decision of the court in favor of plaintiffs.
Plaintiffs and defendants are owners of adjoining properties located in the Town of Jewett, Greene County. Plaintiffs acquired title to their property, comprised of approximately five acres of land, in 1987 and defendants acquired title to their 68-acre parcel in 1991.
