MANSFIELD, District Judge.

Plaintiff has moved to amend its complaint to state a claim for breach of contract in the amount of $19,556.03 and to transfer the ease, over which this Court would no longer have jurisdiction, to the Court of Claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406(c). 1 The parties have requested that this Court also determine whether the claim is barred by the statute of limitations.
