CAVANAUGH, Judge.

The plaintiff sues the defendant for $531.35, with interest thereon at 8% per annum from November 19, 1951 until paid and 15% additional on said principal and interest as attorney’s fees, which sum plaintiff claims due him as a balance on defendant’s promissory note for $611.35, dated August 27, 1951, due and payable in 61 weekly installments, the first installment being in the-sum of $11.35, due and payable on September 4, 1951, and 60 installments of $10 each beginning on September 10, 1951 and every week thereafter until paid.
