OPINION
OSBORN, Justice.
This case involves a restrictive covenant not to compete by two former employees of the appellant. In an earlier opinion of this Court involving these same parties, it was held that the trial Court erred in failing to grant a temporary injunction to maintain the status quo and prevent probable injury to the employer. Professional Beauty Products, Inc. v. Schmid, 497 S.W.2d 597 (Tex.Civ.App. — El Paso 1973, no writ).
