POLLOCK, J.
The issue is whether the jury instructions in these cases satisfied the requirements of due process in explaining that the State bears the burden of proving defendants’ guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. After consolidating the eases, the Appellate Division affirmed the convictions of both defendants. We affirm both judgments.
