THIS MATTER came before the Court for hearing on June 16 and 18, 2008 on Objections to Confirmation (C.P. # 22) and Motion to Value Collateral (C.P. # 27) filed by Branch Banking and Trust Company (“BB & T”), United Community Bank (“UCB”) and First Charter Bank.
