ORDER

CARR, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Matthew Aldrich, brings this suit alleging civil conspiracy, 1 breach of contract, violation of public policy, and violation of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), 29 C.F.R. § 825. Jurisdiction arises under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1367(a). Pending is defendants’ motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 56. For the following reasons, defendants’ motion for summary judgment shall be granted.
