This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Pembina county. The action is one in equity. It was brought to compel specific performance of an alleged oral agreement. The complaint is long and quite involved. Much that is therein alleged is repeated in the testimony of the plaintiffs. In short, they allege that their creditors agreed, during the statutory period of redemption from the mortgage foreclosures hereinafter mentioned, that Frederick Van Camp should make application to the Federal Land Bank of St. Paul for a loan of $12,000 upon all of the land…
