The issue in this contested matter is whether or not Chase Bank International and Chase Bank Group are entitled to attorney fees on the unsecured portion of their claim in this bankruptcy case. The issue arose when the Debtor objected to the attorney fee portion of the Proof of Claim filed by Chase Bank International (“CBI”) and the Proof of Claim filed by Chase Bank Group (hereinafter called “CHASE”).
