MEMORANDUM DECISION ON CONFIRMATION OF THE DEBTORS PLAN OF REORGANIZATION

INTRODUCTION

The matter before this Court is the confirmation of the plan of reorganization, as amended, filed by Woodmere Investors Limited Partnership (the “Debtor”).
