DOWD, Judge.
Natural mother, C.L.S., appeals from an order terminating her parental rights in the minor female child, C.L.S., (hereinafter C.) based upon a finding that appellant knowingly permitted acts of sexual molestation against C.1
Testimony at the hearing revealed the following. Appellant gave birth to C. on December 1, 1982 in Rockford, Illinois. A deaf mute since birth, appellant had attended the School for the Deaf in Jacksonville, Illinois and upon graduation moved to Rockford.
