CAMERON, Circuit Judge.

The question presented to us in these two appeals is whether appellants’ (plain*719tiffs’) attorneys, who assert interests in plaintiffs’ claims, and certain royalty claimants, whose interests are carved out of appellee California Oil Company’s lease from appellee Dulae Cypress Co., Ltd. (defendants) are indispensable parties to these two actions. By order filed April 30, 1962, the two actions were consolidated by the court below for the purpose of argument and briefs. This was done upon motion of appellants and the failure of the appellees to object thereto.1
