MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LEE, District Judge.
THIS matter is before the Court on Defendant DTK Computer Inc. and DTK Computer Inc. of New Jersey’s Motion to Transfer Action. The issue before the Court is whether the Court should transfer venue of this case from the Eastern District of Virginia to either the Northern District of California or the District of ' New Jersey pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1404(a) because the substantive patent claim has no connection with Virginia. Plaintiff LG Electronics is a Korean corporation that holds patents in computer apparatus designs and components.…
