MEMORANDUM OPINION
JORDAN, District Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, John C. Cook, United States Bankruptcy Judge, approving the compromise and settlement of an adversary proceeding.
The parties to the adversary proceeding are Douglas R. Johnson, liquidating trustee for the debtor Media Central, Inc., and the official unsecured creditors committee of this debtor, as plaintiffs, and, as defendants, Jackson Family Television, Inc., and H.
