Plaintiff Washington Mutual Bank (“WaMu”) brought this action against defendants Robert Jay Gumenick and the Law Office of Robert Jay Gumenick, P.C. (collectively, “Gumenick”) alleging legal malpractice, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.
