In this case the bill of complaint shows that the City of Sebring, Florida, in 1931 acquired fee simple title to a certain lot of land described as follows: “Lot Number Ten (10) in Block Sixty-five (65), Second Addi tion to the Town of Sebring.” T’he object of the suit was to have set aside and cancelled as clouds on complainant’s title certain State and County tax certificates which had been issued on said land for taxes fo'r the years, 1925, 1927, 1928 and 1929.
