Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Ray, J.), entered April 17, 2001, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 8, for modification of a prior order of visitation.
After a trial on two petitions seeking to modify respondent’s visitation with his young daughter, Family Court ordered that the liberal visitation granted to respondent in a prior order be limited to two hours of supervised visitation at his expense.
