Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Madison County (Humphreys, J.), entered July 29, 1997, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, to modify a prior order of the court by, inter alia, directing that respondent have no contact with his children until he is actively engaged in counseling approved by petitioner.
