MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ application for a temporary injunction enjoining Defendants in their official and individual capacities and their officers, successors, agents, servants, employees and attorneys and persons acting in concert with them from prohibiting Plaintiffs and other students and faculty members of the school district from wearing to school and to school activities t-shirts bearing the words “[t]he best of the night’s adventures are reserved for people with nothing planned.” Also before the Court is Defendants’…
