HUTCHESON, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana- denying recovery in an action brought against the United States under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671 et seq. The suit was filed on behalf of a nine-year-old boy by his father for damages resulting from injuries to the boy’s hand sustained when a practice mine fuse which he had found on a road near his home discharged while he was holding it.
