Appeal from Alpena; Widdis, J., presiding. Bill by William A. Comstock against Fred N. Potter and others for contribution. From a decree overruling a demurrer to complainant’s bill, defendants appeal.

This is a’ bill for contribution. It states that complainant and all of the defendants were *631on May 11, 1912, stockholders in the Alpena Motorcar Company, a corporation, whose business was located at Alpena, Mich.; that on and prior to said date all of the parties thereto, because of their interest as stockholders of said company, had become indorsers of the notes of that corporation; that on said date said company owned an equity in certain real estate located in Washington, D.
