This matter comes before the Court on the Motion to Modify Stay ("Motion") filed by Olivia Austin and Michelle Dinatale, as Co-Executors for the Estate of Albert Robert Scansaroli ("Movants"). Helen Marie Rizzo ("Debtor") objects to the Motion. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334, and this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), (B), and (G).
