This matter comes before the Court on the Amended Motion Seeking 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) Relief (“Motion”) filed by James Anasti (“Anasti”). This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334, and this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), (G), and (0). Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 52, made applicable to this proceeding by Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7052 and 9014, the Court makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. 1
