Introduction
This matter is an appeal from an impartial due process hearing (the “Hearing”) conducted pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 1415, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”) 1 . Mr. and Mrs. C. (the “Parents”), are the parents of a disabled child who attends Our Lady of Fatima School, a parochial school in Warren, Rhode Island.
