This is an original action in this court. The plaintiff is the-New England Oil & Pipe Line Company, a corporation. The defendant is the state-board of equalization, the individual officers composing the board being named i-n the petition. The object of the petition is a writ of mandamus against the said board, and the petition in substance and effect sets out. that the plaintiff is a mining corporation engaged in the production of oil in the state of Oklahoma, and that it was so engaged in the years 1920 and 1921, and in the operation of its business it owned in Osage county…
