from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed July 15, 1975, which disallowed benefits upon the ground that claimant lost her employment through misconduct. The record contains evidence that the claimant signed her manager’s name to a certain form without authorization, either express or implied, under circumstances involving a third party’s investigation of claimant. The finding of misconduct is based upon the board’s interpretation of the facts before it and is supported by substantial evidence. Decision affirmed, without costs.
