The plaintiffs-respondents, claiming as assignees of a special lien on real estate, created under the provisions of a judgment of the circuit court, sued to foreclose the lien. The defendant-appellant pleaded invalidity of the judgment and lien, and by counterclaim sought to be decreed the sole owner of the real estate, a finding that the plaintiffs-respondents had no right, title or interest in said real estate, and an order barring them from asserting the same.
