Before the Court are a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Toga Society, Inc. d/b/a the Krewe of Aladdin (“Toga”, or “Aladdin”) and a Motion to 1 Dismiss filed by William Lazaro, Jr., Jefferson Parish Carnival/Mardi Gras,& Special Events Office Director, in his official capacity (“Lazaro”), and the Parish of Jefferson (“Jefferson Parish”).
