— This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court in an action commenced by the appellee, Old-First National Bank & Trust Company of Fort Wayne as trustee under the last will and testament of Catherine Summers, now deceased, for the construction of the will of the said Catherine Summers. She died in Allen County, Indiana, on March 23, 1917, leaving surviving her four children — three daughters and one son — as her sole general and residuary beneficiraies' under her will.
