MEMORANDUM

TENNEY, District Judge.

Plaintiff Ellen Flaum, a teacher formerly employed by the defendant Board of Education of the East Ramapo Central School District (“the Board”), has filed a class action complaint charging the Board with employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, codified as amended at 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. She has moved for class certification pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“Rules”).
