In this action to quiet title, the parties remaining dispute concerns the ownership of a "grassy strip" of land owned by Carol Makowski and Robert R. Natale (the defendants), and a cement extension to a driveway accessing plaintiffs' property in the City of Cranston, Rhode Island. This matter was tried before this Court without a jury.
