DECISION ON MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM THE STAY

Introduction
In this case under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, Avuncular Lenders LLC (the “Mortgageholder”) moves for relief from the stay under sections 362(d)(2) and (1) of the Bankruptcy Code to permit the Mortgageholder to complete the foreclosure of a mortgage encumbering the warehouse owned by debtor and debtor-in-possession Kaplan Breslaw Ash, LLC (the “Debtor”).
