GRIFFIS, P.J., FOR THE COURT:
¶ 1. Edith Davis Elmore appeals the exclusion of her expert witness and the entry of summary judgment on all asserted claims. Upon review, we find no error and affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
¶ 2. Dixie Pipeline Company ("Dixie") operates a buried pipeline through which liquid propane is transported. The pipeline, which was constructed in 1961, extends approximately 1,100 miles from Texas to North Carolina, and includes various sizes of pipe.
