Estate of Hatten v. Mercantile Bank of Springfield

Petitioners Janis Van Drie and Lorin Van Drie filed this discovery of assets proceeding, *327§ 473.340,1 in the probate division of the Circuit Court of Christian County, in the Estate of Rosamond D. Hatten, Deceased.
