Defendants separately appeal from a judgment entered pursuant to verdict holding all of them to responsibility for negligently causing the death of plaintiff’s intestate, Frank R. Guild.

The accident occurred about seven o’clock in the evening of November 8, 1934, a short distance south and east of the station of Lincoln, Morrison county, upon trunk highway No. 10. Defendant Miller is engaged in commercial trucking of livestock between Vern-dale and South St. Paul.
