Defendant Paulo Da Silva, the owner of a personal watercraft (in this case a jet ski) involved in a serious accident on Lake Quinsigamond in August 2006, has moved for summary judgment on the grounds that Plaintiff cannot prove a claim for negligent entrustment by Da Silva of the jet ski to Defendant Trev Warshauer, the operator involved in the accident.
