SIMON, Justice.
Plaintiff, a mineral lessee, seeks the recovery of damages resulting from an alleged geophysical trespass committed by the defendants, Seismic Explorations, Inc., a corporation engaged in conducting seismic tests, and W. A. McNeil, one of its crew chiefs.
