Appeal from special term, New York county. Certiorari by the Knickerbocker Press against Edward P. Barker and others, commissioners of taxes and assessments for the city and county of New York, to review the assessment, of relator’s property for taxation. The writ was dismissed, and relator appeals.

The relator was incorporated August 26, 1891, pursuant to chapter 567 of the Laws of 1890,—the business corporations law,—which requires that the location of the principal business office of corporations organized under it shall be stated in the certificate of incorporation. In the certificate it is stated that “the location of its principal office is in the city of New York.” *270The business of the corporation is printing, binding, and manufacturing books.
