1Opinion of the CourtMunson, J.

Johnny and Donna McElroy appeal a judgment holding them personally liable for breach of a lease executed on behalf of McElroy Trucking, Inc. They contend the court erred in denying their motion for summary judgment because the lease is unambiguous; in the alternative, the lease was ambiguous and therefore parol evidence *172should have been admitted. They also contend the trial court should not have disturbed the arbitrator's decision. We reverse and remand for trial.
