The plaintiff, a public utility company whose principal business is the furnishing of electrical power to southeastern Michigan, sought injunctive relief to protect itself from application of an ordinance of defendant city. Defendant city is located within the service area of the plaintiff and the plaintiff is franchised in the defendant city. Injunctive relief was granted in the trial court.
