THE COURT.

This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the

Disciplinary Board of the State Bar of California that petitioner be disbarred from the practice of law in this state. The local administrative committee unanimously recommended that petitioner be suspended from practice for five years, with two years’ actual suspension and the remainder on probation.
