BACKGROUND
RESTANI, Judge:
Representatives of both the Colombian and the domestic fresh cut flower industry challenge the results of the United States International Trade Administration (ITA) remand determination, wherein ITA amended its previous assessment of dumping rates for some respondents, while leaving other respondents’ rates the same.
