BARRON, Circuit Judge.

Barry Spencer was convicted in federal court of one count’ of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. He now appeals the District Court’s denial of his motion for a new trial, which relied primarily on the government’s alleged violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963). Spencer also challenges on appeal the admission at trial of certain testimony from two…
