The Harkeys, husband and wife, d/b/a The Harkey Construction Company, a/k/a J. J. Harkey Construction Company (Harkey), appeal from a judgment awarding damages against them for a violation of the Washington Consumer Protection Act, RCW 19.86.010 et seq.
