On behalf of the defendant it is contended that the verdict is contrary to all reasonable probabilities and should for that reason be set aside, and it is further contended that the plaintiff should be held guilty of *565contributory negligence as a matter of law. We have carefully reviewed the evidence and are convinced that there is ample credible evidence to sustain the finding of the jury both as to the negligence of. the defendant and as to the want of contributory negligence on the part of the plaintiff.
