¶1 James and Virginia Jordan deeded real property to a corporation. When their attorney, John Sweet, issued shares for this corporation, he issued 50 percent of the shares to himself and his wife, and the other 50 percent to the Jordans. The Jordans later sued Sweet’s widow, Gloria Rawson-Sweet, attempting to void the land transfer to the company and dissolve the corporation. The trial court granted Rawson-Sweet’s motion for summary judgment, and the Jordans appeal.
